Comfy Coastal King Apt 🌟on the Hyde Park, Sarasota, Florida

Relax at this comfortable spacious one bedroom apartment located in wonderful Southside Village. Easy walk to so many wonderful restaurants, cute boutique type shops. Siesta key and lido key beaches 10 minutes away. 2 beach chairs, towels, umbrella and soft cooler!

There are two buildings, each with 4 apartments with a large grass courtyard in between. There is a shared pay for laundry room with washer and dryer on the ground floor. The Comfy King apartment is on the second floor and has a small outside patio over looking the garden as well as a small front patio by the front door. There is a large patio area on the ground level. We recently purchased the entire property and are in the process of slowly renovating each space.

There are two great local beaches. The closest one 2.8 miles is Lido Key Beach. Fantastic white sandy beach and clear, calm water with a couple of great spots to grab a cocktail and food. Plenty of free paved parking, lifeguards and a public pool! Thants right! For a small fee you get to enjoy a pool right on the beach! Great snack bar there too! The other great beach is the world famous Siesta Key Beach! 3.5 miles drive. The worlds finest white sand made from 99% quartz! It is estimated that the sand on siesta key beach is millions of years old starting its journey in the Appalachian Mountains and flowing down from the rivers until it was eventually deposited on the shores of Siesta Key. Even on the hottest days the sand is so reflective that it feels cool under foot, it never gets hot as it has different chemical properties to regulate sand. This is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The powdery white sand, gentle breezes and the smell of the crystal clear water and make it paradise. At sunset there is a drum circle, you can participate or just watch the drummers and dancers, and have a great time!
