Great Wolfeboro Winnipesaukee waterfront cottage! Includes 5 kayaks, 2 canoes, paddle board & boat and a sunfish sailboat! 3 bedrooms, indoor and outdoor hot showers! Large deck and big grassy lawn and camp fire! Min of 3 nights, weekly in summer.

Lovely protected bay, great for novice paddlers. 40 ft dock, beach area. Swim platform, great for swimming to from dock. Bring your own boat or rent one!Walk to town in 5 mins, bring your bikes, great bike trails! Very relaxing quiet spot!

5 minutes walk to town, I minute by bike! 5 Kayaks, 2 canoes, paddle board, paddle boat, sunfish sail boat. Small private beach area and swim platform. Dock for your boat or rental from Goodhue Hawkins marina. Always let us know what boat you intend to bring before booking! Camp fire pit for evening fun. Large grassy fields for our door fun!

We provide bed linens, comforters, pillows etc, but not towels. Please bring your own! You can use everything on property, just take good care of our things. Personal items in basement should not be touched. Don't use the sunfish sail boat if you are not a knowledgeable sailer!

We are always available by text, email or phone to answer questions, take care of needs or resolve any problems! We want you to have a great stay!

We are the only residential home on our street. Five minute walk to town, one minute bike ride. Large private back garden, all grass down to the beach. Large fire pit and hammock as well as outside games. Corn hole, connect 4 and horse shoes!

Walking biking or by car.

We provide all bed linens, comforters and pillows, but please bring your own towels.

We welcome pets with nightly pet fee of $20 per dog. This is charged to you just before you arrival. Please accept charge when you see it come through. Please ensure your dog is well behaved, no damage. Please vacuum all your dog's hair around the house and pick up all dog waste from grounds prior to final departure.

Please purchase your own wood for campfire.
